Interested in becoming a vendor? We now offer two expos a year! For 2026, the dates are October 24, 2026 & April 3, 2027 at Doubletee by Hilton! We are only the expo in Northern AZ to offer two offer a spring and fall event. 

 

If interested, please fill out the questionnaire below  and the booth packages available will be emailed to you. If you decide to purchase a booth, once confirmed by email a Square invoice will be sent. Payment is due within 48 hours to hold a spot.

Shared booths ARE allowed. Please just indicate who you are sharing with so the map can be created accordingly.  Payment Plans Available upon request.

Corridor Booth: $250 spaces in the hallway between rooms. Includes 1 6 foot table, up to 2 chairs, and 1 linen. No electricity.

Basic Booths- $300, 6x10 spaces, includes electricity, 1 6 foot table, 1 linen, 2 chairs.

Double Booth-$600 6x20 space; includes electricity, 2 6 foot tables, 4 chairs, 2 linens.
